How do I know how many points I have?
On the Fever App you can see the amount of accumulated points on the top right bar you see in the feed.
Usage
How can I use my points?
You can use your points as discounts just before making a payment during the checkout process. Tap the "Points" button to apply the discount. Bear in mind that this discount will depend on your accumulated points and the experience you are buying.
How can I obtain more points?
Every purchase generates points that will be added to your profile. The amount of Fever points you earn depends on the experience you're buying, the price of the tickets & your Fever Club level! You can review this information at checkout.
What is the difference between the three Fever Club levels?
- Bronze: Earn points after your first elegible purchase
- Silver: Earn 25% more points per purchase than at the Bronze level
- Gold: Earn 50% more points per purchase than at the Bronze level
The usage of the points is the same for all levels.
How do I become a Fever Club member?
- Bronze: unlocked with your 1st purchase at Fever
- Silver: unlocked with your 2nd purchase at Fever
- Gold: unlocked with your 3rd purchase at Fever
Can I use all my points in a single order? Do my points have the same discount value for all tickets?
The usage of points is not the same for every experience. To determine how many points you can use for a specific experience, select the number of tickets and date of your session, then click on “Points” before payment.
How much time do I have to use my points? Is there an expiration date or level demotion in the Fever Club?
Currently, there is no expiration date for points, nor level demotion. Once you reach a level, you maintain it.
Can I share points with my friends?
No, unfortunately you cannot share points with friends at the moment. However, you can buy the tickets using points as discounts and then transfer the ticket to your friend!
