When you are at the venue, you must show your ticket to the staff. You may also have to validate it in front of the person in charge.
To do this, you have to go to the "Tickets" tab in your profile and select the specific ticket, where you will see the option to validate your ticket. Keep in mind that this option appears one hour before the start of the plan, to prevent it from being validated ahead of schedule by accident.
A window will open in which we can see a V. Draw the shape of a V with your finger to validate the ticket. Remember that you can only do it in front of the person in charge of checking your ticket at the premises, on the specified day and time slot. After the date and time indicated, it will not be possible to validate and you will lose your ticket.
* Please note that some plans do not follow this validation model. In these cases, check the instructions described in the ticket itself.
* It is sometimes necessary to follow an extra step such as calling to confirm the reservation, etc. Always read the confirmation email carefully to make sure you complete the entire process correctly.
