With our voucher system, it is much easier to manage all the discounts that we are offering you.
In the "Vouchers" section of your Fever profile, you will find all the vouchers that you have acquired. Each one has its specific properties and characteristics and you decide which voucher to use!
Here's how to use your voucher for purchases (up to a maximum of one per purchase):
1. Choose the plan and click on "Buy now"
2. In this section you can choose the place, day, session, as well as the number of tickets you want to purchase, and you will see the total price.
3. If the plan allows the use of voucher, you will see the option "Apply voucher".
If it does not support them, you will see "This plan does not allow voucher." Keep in mind that if we have given you a VIP voucher, you can skip all restrictions!
4. Clicking on "Apply voucher" will open another view with all the vouchers you have earned, differentiating between "Available" and "Not Available". This is because each voucher has specific characteristics and requirements that may or may not be adjusted to the plan you have chosen.
5. Choose the voucher you want to use from all those available and you will return to the purchase process, where the total price will have been updated applying the appropriate discount.
6. If you change your mind and want to use a different voucher, you can always click "Delete" next to your purchase price and the "Apply voucher" option will appear again. Choose another voucher, and continue. The total price should be updated again, beware! If you change the plan session, the voucher will be removed and you will have to apply it again.
7. Press "Buy" and that's it! Then you can also see the ticket in the "Tickets" section of the app.

Sometimes it is necessary to do an extra step such as calling to confirm the reservation, etc. Always read the confirmation email carefully to make sure you complete the entire process correctly.
