I made a purchase and the voucher has not been applied

As you might know, each voucher and each event has specific conditions. Similarly, there are events that don’t allow the use of vouchers and vouchers that can’t be used in certain plans

In any case, prior to the confirmation of a purchase, a total breakdown of the final price is shown. In this breakdown, we can see the discount applied with the voucher ("Discount") and the final price which will be charged in your credit card or Paypal account ("Total"). You will always have this information before completing the process.

If an event does not accept the use of vouchers, the message "This session does not support vouchers" will appear.
