When trying to apply a voucher to a purchase, you will find that some will appear as "Available" and others as "Not Available". If the voucher appears as "Not Available", it means that it cannot be used on the selected experience.
Each voucher has its own conditions (expiration date, limitations, etc.); you can check them by tapping on the voucher.
* If you cannot find your voucher, it may be because it has already expired, or because you have it in a different Fever account. To ensure it is not the latter case, please make sure that you've logged into the app using the same login method you used to make the purchase (email, Facebook, Google or Apple).
