There could be two reasons why this is happening.
- Your voucher has expired:
To find out the conditios of use for each voucher, all you need to do is is click on each one to see its information - including the expiration date. In some cases, the voucher expires at a specific time and this can only be seen when all of the information is displayed.
- You have logged in with a different account:
It could be that you've logged in with a different social media account and have created two profiles. Our app is designed to block the use of vouchers when more than one profile on the same device is detected. When this happens, its important to delete all of your Fever accounts that have started a session on your device, except for your original account. Otherwise, you will not be able to use your vouchers. (I think I have two profiles)
