You can access your tickets in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. Please make sure that you've logged into the app using the same login method you used to make the purchase (email, Facebook, Google or Apple).
You will also find your tickets in the confirmation email that you received when you made your purchase. Some experiences, however, will only admit tickets from the Fever app: this will be specified in the email should it be the case for your selected experience.
If you have not received a confirmation email, please check your spam folder and/or make sure that your email address is the same one you used to log into Fever.
If you still can't find your tickets after taking these steps, please contact us providing the following information:
- If you paid by credit/debit card, its first 6 digits and last 4 digits
- If you used a PayPal account to make the purchase, the email address linked to it
- The total amount that was charged
- The date of the transaction
