We recommend that you verify and apply the following steps to complete your purchase successfully:
1. Make sure that the card used has sufficient funds.
2. Verify that your payment method is not expired and that you have entered all the data correctly (it might be worthwhile to delete the payment methods saved in "Settings" and enter them again)
3. If possible, try a different payment method. We recommend that you use a PayPal account if you have one, as it tends to give fewer errors in the App.
If you can't use another payment method and you've followed the steps above, please try to purchase again in a few hours.
