Each purchase you make in Fever will create a ticket in the App and an email with the confirmation of your purchase. Keep in mind that most of our plans require you to download the to use your tickets. Visit our section: How to download the App?
If you have not received a confirmation email, the account you have registered with Fever (Facebook, Google or Apple ID) might have very strict privacy settings and because of this your email has not been associated with your profile. If you think this is your case, visit the link: I would like to change the email address linked to my profile, and contact us so that we can resend your tickets by email.
